Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new world.
2. Pause the game and press on "Open To LAN"
3. Press on "Start LAN World"
4. Set a repeating command block with the command:

/setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:repeating_command_block{Command:"execute as @e[tag=spin1] at @s run tp @s ~ ~ ~ ~ ~1",auto:1b}

5. Execute following command:

/tag @s add spin1

6. Open Chat, Open the inventory or Pause the game.

7. Notice that your camera will keep moving down causing it to move 360° in the Y-Axis.
