Crops within savanna village farms can generate on top of invalid blocks.
For example, crops can sometimes generate on top of water, grass blocks, dirt paths, etc...

Expected Behavior:
Crops would not be able to generate on top of invalid blocks.

Screen shots show some variations of the issue maybe not apparent in previous screen shots e.g. tall grass generating on top of water blocks, or crops.
Also when the wheat increases a growth stage it updates the water block next to it and floods everywhere.
