Hello, I had the same issue happen to me in my 1.18.2 world. Here is a screenshot. When teleporting back to this end portal, I spawn into the bedrock block next to the deepslate and get pushed out to the right side which caused me to fall into the void.
A few things to note.
1) There is a deepslate block under the bedrock block which I am spawning in.
2) I tried it 20 or so times in creative with consistent results when teleporting back to this location.
3) I'm not sure if it matters, but I do have a couple data packs in the save, although nothing which should affect portals.
Will see if I can get someone to help me test. Only noticed it from someone else commenting about it on a UHC recorded round video. Didn't notice it during the game at all.
