I encountered this now in 1.15 prerelease 3.

After a repelled raid, most of the villagers just stood at beds, did not sleep or follow their daily routine. Destroying the bed or placing food in the vicinity caused them running around in search for a new bed.

In the meanwhile I changed the grafic card, which solved the problem. The tests described above were made with the on board Intel HD 4900 of my notebook. After assigning the NVidia GPU to Java, the game run smoothly (at least after world was finally loaded).

So it seems that the snapshots just have a problem with the (weak) Intel card. It was enough in the past, but not any more.

I don't see a picture, did you forget to post it?

It also won't allow you to sprint unless you fly up (not down), and flying in either vertical direction fixes it until you land.

Can you put a video and/or description? The image doesn't show anything.

I'm having the same problem with a minecart in 18w16a.
/summon minecraft:minecart ~ ~ ~ {CustomName:"Car"} isn't working.

This issue has re-appeared in 1.6.4. I have built an Enderman Farm in the end. After leaving via portal left by killing the dragon then returning a bit of time later to the farm, some of the stairs had glitched out. After pillaring up to such stairs, a block-update fixed the rendering.

I'd also like to point out that there were quite a few entities(enderman) in the farm upon my return, which confers that entity count may be part of the issue.

Also, occured in a windows env.
