If resolution stay won't fix then the only solution is to either edit it in nbt editor or covert it to Java edition cause you already need third party programs for something that Mojang should've fix in the first places

I was unable to remove its harness as well (as you can see that the shear in the video has been used)

Can confirm, it do exist 

Still a bugs here for me on the latest 1.20.0.23 beta but just sometimes not all of the time for some reasons and only for fishing not sleeping 

And it's pretty consistent as well, not random at all
