When I first reported this issue, something happened within the first 24 hours and my skins were fixed on all devices-- ps4, mobile, and windows. But only a few weeks after, the windows version started having issues again. Both playstation and mobile have been fine, loading the marketplace and all skins (except for my uploaded skin file from pc) with no issue. Right now, only windows is continuing to have the problem. Once in a blue moon, the stars will align and my skins will load, but these moments are becoming rarer and rarer.
Similar to other reports, uninstalling/reinstalling the game, restarting the pc, refreshing the game, have not worked.

Alright I don't know if I need to make another issue or what but it's doing it again. Whatever you did last time worked for a little bit but now the skins and marketplace aren't loading again, even when I wait. I'd like to not have to constantly make the custom characters over and over, please.
