And one more curious behaviour. Even when slime block is far from stiky piston, a water is leaked. See the attached pictures.

Even when a slime block is placed between stiky piston and full block, in this case it's coral block, it happen.

Yes, exactly. I don't know same as MCPE-33849, but I also confirmed that coral blocks can be replaced with others, like the stones/wools.

FYI. Even so kelp, seagrass, coral, and, coral fan instead of sea pickle.

This also happens when digging blocks by pickaxes.
It's easy to happen when dig the netherracks in nether.
The workaround is to change the hotbar slot, but yes it's uncomfortable.

In my world, the PLAYER is Y > 30, mobs spawns on lower Y level.
When the PLAYER is Y <= 30, no mobs spawn there.
I have checked the flat world with Creative mode, daylight cycle off, time set to night.

I don't know what type is your farm, but guardians spawn condition of bedrock edition is different from (at least) Java edition.
In bedrock edition, it's necessary to build a floor for guardian spawning.
The floors of my farm are build by open fence gates.

And one more important condition is.
It seems to be changed spawn chunk range of mobs in the release 1.2.10.
In my short verification, the player stay over Y=31.
I don't known this change is intended or not.

Try this.

In my verification, when multi players log in the same world, slime spawning stop.
Next, all other players left and just only one player stay in the world, slime is spawning back again.
