I have a similar issue, not mine doesn't blink red it is just a sold red.   Seems to be linked to a general problem with Game Pass games not working.  I've tried the workaround above as well and what seems like over a dozen other fixes all to no effect.

MCPE-17727 is a duplicate you should link to this one. Also, I can confirm this is a thing on Android as well. Samsung Galaxy J3, Andriod 6.0

Yes, haveing reread the error I do think it is a duplicate.
