My son is having this issue, and he cannot connect to multiplayer on his Switch. I have Bedrock for Windows on my PC as well as the Switch, and I could not connect to play with him on the PC version, it said that he was not online and not playing. But, when I went to my Switch version of the game, it showed that he was there and playing, but when I tried to connect with him, it would just load and load and not connect at all. His account is active, it is just not showing up. He has tried resetting, and relogging, and it was working until this update.
