Yes, this is still an issue in the latest version. I just updated my ticket. 

I checked out with other entities: it's only the villagers. Raiders can attack wandering traders, but I don't know about players. 

I deleted my world and created another one (with the same command blocks that I wanted) and the game did not crashed anymore (so far...).

I only realized today, that I have the version 1.16.201, so I considerated the bug for this version.

I know that we need the achievements to unlock stuff in the game, but I don´t know if we get them, but don´t receive the message in the game (I don´t know if we receive a message like in minecraft Java edition, I´m new in the game). Or we can´t get them because It´s a glitch.

The enchantement of the crossbow is: multiple shot 1;fast charge 3.

The arrow effect is: Wither 2 (00:05)

I don't know if this information is useful... 

I tried to do a video, but I couldn't drop the file so I take 2 screeshots. That arrow in second file when I approach, it desapeared, but i didn't make sound when players catch items.
