Not sure if it's a lag issue but I have seen this today with 1.17.11 on Windows 10. I noticed it at ~1/4 haunch missing (meaning almost completely full).

Playing on a Realm with friends using Windows 10, iOS and Switch. Have had several minecarts and horses disappear. Super annoying. Game breaking even. It makes me annoyed that I have to pay for an experience to play cross device with my friends and family but have such a huge flaw!

Apparently I didn't know that there was a game mechanic where zombies wearing helmets still take damage, or the helmets do, then the zombie dies when the helmet is destroyed.

I think this is happening again on 1.16.0 - bedrock edition.

We were exploring on a level 3 and zoomed out and got a blank level 4 😞

OK, I have had a dig around the one I created in Creative mode and found the stronghold, not in the exact location of the coordinates give by /locate nor the eye of ender. A couple of blocks off.

 

Now looking in the Survival mode created one.

 

OK, survival mode created one also checks out. but the coordinates are off by x-2, y, z-2.

now checking my original upgraded one.

 

OK, it is also OK. So my issue might not be the same, Eye of Ender location and /locate location is off by a couple of blocks.

Occurred in 1.16 RC1 with seed '3 blind mice titans'. Create world as Survival, cheats on, then change to creative and fly to coordinates and stronghold doesn't spawn.

 

With this seed, no stronghold spawns when map is created with Creative mode set either.

I might have this issue as well in 1.16 pre 8.

I first created the world in current release 1.15.2 as survival - then I exported the world to a server. I then upgraded to 1.16 pre 2, then pre 8. We only just went looking for a stronghold recently, without prior exploration to the chunk. We dug around and have visited the spot and there is no stronghold. 

I downloaded the world and pulled it up on my local machine, Opened to LAN to allow cheats and went to creative. /locate stronghold also shows the coordinates that we were at for the eye of ender.

 

confirmed that I created again with my seed in 1.16 pre 8 - no upgrades and as survival and it didn't spawn the stronghold at that location.

Will try in the RC1 or 1.16 if it is out now.
