The attached file above is from the DB folder of the save discussed. Deleting it fixes the issue but the issue has reappeared with no clear causation. Hope this helps

1.19.30 and 1.19.31 are affected by this regardless of vsync settings. This is especially prevalent on cursor movements.

This appears to affect 1.19.30 and 1.19.31, especially on lower-end devices!
