I’m having the same issue. The launcher sometimes loads, but then it can’t open the game. Thank you for posting because I am not that tech savvy.

This is still happening to me as well. Text on signs also does not work most of the time, and even when it does work, the next time I log in, the signs will be blank. The realm also randomly crashes and wont allow players to rejoin-- and then backs up to a random place-sometimes with an hour or more of progress lost. The villagers are sleeping on the ground in random places and sometimes when a player dies, it says their bed was unavailable and then respawns them in a random place on the map (not the world spawn.) Yesterday, I dismounted a donkey and walked across the village, but then was teleported back onto the donkey and when i dismounted, I started suffocating in the ground. For twenty minutes or more, the donkey was on two legs kicking its front legs, and other players could see me in the ground under the donkey despite the fact that I was in another place on the map. When I restarted the game, I would once again be suffocating in the sand under the donkey. The realm eventually kicked all players and wouldn't let anyone rejoin for an hour and then reverted back to an earlier point.

I'm having the same problem.
