I'm on windows 10 and I'm experiencing the same lag of the mechanics even with the lowest settings - can't open chests, doors, buttons, can't mine, minecarts are not working and dissapearing when I try to break them.

I did that and nothing changed. After that, I force-stopped Minecraft through Task Manager and then restarted the laptop. Now it is running smoothly. I'm not really sure why that happened. Thank you for the fast response.
