Dear Magdalena,
Your 'solution' to save Worlds by transferring them to Realms is only possible if you can log into your account which is the actual problem now 🙂. We cannot log in so we can also not log into Realms of course. Also, no we do not lose achievements when logging out, we know that, but you proposed to create a new account so that way we do have to start from scratch. This is also not very helpful.

Dear Magdalena,
Option 1: we do not want to delete the app because we also lose all the worlds that have been build for the last few years. That would be devastating so surely a no-go.
Option 2: when creating a new user account we lose all settings and credits we previously accumulated, surely we do not want that. That is also like starting over.
Option 3: No, we really tried everything but there are more and more users having these problems. Please look more closely into the error code that is being generated. Surely you can have a look in the source code to see what is going wrong when this code is being generated? I was a programmer for many years in a previous job and debugging was part of my daytime job, I am sure you can also simulate this error message and debug / find out what is happening?
This issue came up with the last update. My daughter and I play this game for over 5 years now but since the last update my daughter cannot log into Minecraft anymore on her iPad. I also play Minecraft on a Samsum Tab and have no problems with the last update. Also on PC no problems but since we also play together on Realms, this is now no longer possible.

When will this issue be resolved? My children cannot log in for 2 weeks already now 😞!
Yes, when logging in we get this message. We can click it away and play Minecraft but only offline. Logging in is no longer possible.
Same issue here. iPad 4, older iOS but no problems up and until 1.12. Updated to 1.13 and I cannot start the game anymore. Logo comes up, white screen and BOOM. Please resolve, because the kids created many many worlds 😞.
"You should try enabling storage permissions in app settings." this is not possible on the iPad or I do not know how to do this (cannot find these settings).
