as Matthew said above, the same happened to me, after 2-3 times of uninstalling and reinstall, all our previously purchased mods disappeared, also the remaining tokens ~2K is gone as well.
so not only is it super disappointing also a loss of time and money,
where is Mojang, guys? why no response in here? give us some hope or acknowledgment of this issue.
same issue here on ps4 Bedrock v1.17.34

also try trinstall worked fir one mod and error back again.

I guess you right @GoldenHelmet, my PS4 privacy setting (which was all PS defaults) seems to allow that the (only one) Minecraft public channel I am in, allow that anonymous access just because we are on the same public community. 😞
I changed it, and hope to never see this kind of intrusion again.
(when I submitted this defect, I was so pissed off to see hours of my kids work destroyed in seconds by this person)
I guess this is still a security concern, as in my opinion, it's more logical to have multiplayer off by default and let who want to play out to enable it.
nope. private home network.
also, that happened to me a month before with some other user logged in to my game. and it was a different username, so definitely external network.
What about purchased mods disappeared, also the remaining tokens ~2K is gone as well?
The storage issue just deleted all of this
