You can make giant mushrooms out of those little tiny mushrooms. Just click on the mushroom with a bone meal. You might need to click click more the mushrooms in order to grow. Always make sure that it has space to grow because even you have done the steps correctly, it will not still grow because there is no space it to grow on. I hope this will help!
This bug is already fix in the new build
Placing of redstone is not yet implemented on Minecraft PE. In the snapshot or build, you can only get redstone but you can't place it yet. Just wait for another release or snapshot and try if you can place redstone
I think it's a chunk error. Don't worry, it will not ruin your gaming experience. It will just look weird.
