Using Minecraft Dungeons II ver 1.1.1.0 from a game-key card (physical copy) on Nintendo Switch 2 after redeeming a pre-order bonus code in the Nintendo Store (using the same account) the pre-order bonus content does not appear in game.
The game was purchased new from GameStop in the United States and the pre-order content code had not been redeemed on a different account prior. The account which I redeemed the code and installed the game are localized to the United States. I have confirmed with Nintendo Customer Support that the pre-order DLC is redeemed to the same account, but it appears that the content still fails to appear in the in-game collectables inventory.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, I have tried unlinking-relinking my Microsoft account, and I have tested both online and offline Heroes. Unfortunately, none of these have resolved the issue.
If any further details are needed to resolve this bug, please respond to this comment. I pre-ordered this game with the intention of transferring the Twisted Cape to my Java account and would really appreciate it if this gets fixed.
