The MCPE-33152 was from 1.5, and I didn't experience it in 1.11.

But now (1.12 and 1.13 beta), i experience it.

The world was made in 1.11, so there seems to be no way a resolved bug from 1.5 to be there.

I am currently in the 1.13 beta (June 30 2019), the bug seems to have changed a bit. So if someone can delete this post, please do. I am going to make another one with an additional video

Addition:
Observer stops working when logging out more than 5 chunks away

Only works when it is moved using piston or replaced(break and put)
