No, LAN works just fine. It's just online multiplayer that does not work.
To be more specific, two of my friends are on xbox and I am unable to invite any of them; but to answer your question, one has game pass ultimate, and the other has just game pass.
I have a bug where character creator doesn't load clothes. That could be the fifth bug.
