REALMS-11237 Realm subscription says expired after I payment Duplicate

I just paid for my subscription on my Nintendo switch and my realms says that it is expired. I have signed out and shut down my switch then restarted and signed back in, uninstalled the game and reinstalled, restarted my router, and check the Nintendo e-shop to verify payment and nothing has worked. I have tried to get it to work since I paid. I believe that an update came through right before this all took place.  So far I have not heard from Microsoft or Mojang directly on this issue.

    Have had several people try to help in blog but nothing has worked. 

 

But it should not be. I have checked my Nintendo account and it shows that my subscription is good till 4-27-23.

I have tried to contact support and I am getting nowhere. Thought this might be a bug as I have paid and it shows I paid. The game just doesn’t seem to be connecting to where I paid
