same issue here, create manually the withelist.json and ops.json files don't solve the problem, server still not generating the world
My cape is still not back, and yes I did get it back in Minecon 2019. I don't understand why it's not showing up. I contacted support and they told me they cannot give it back without a proof of purchase, which I unfortunately do not have. All I can honestly say is I did in face buy it when it came out and hope to get it back.
