I had this issue on a world like 2 gb in size where this same error happends and i have like +50 gb of memory left
I have something similar that does not let me renew the realm and I deleted it to solve the problem and I can not purchase realm on windows 10 in a few days later I tried on mobile and it does let me purchase a realm
That is totally normal behavior if you die you have to get you items in 5 min or they will despawn
