Realms are already a substandard experience with simulation distance locked at 4 chunks. This is a paid service, we should be getting a better experience than people who don't pay not a worse one. Both harvesting and placing blocks has to be redone again and again. The lag is unforgivably bad. I don't want to cancel service if I don't have to. But this is terrible and has been for far too long. Please make this right. My family all enjoy Minecraft, please help us enjoy the Realms service.

Still an issue and it makes my family's Realm nearly unplayable with ghasts and other hostiles spawning immediately and continuously and in spots they shouldn't even be able to spawn in. The whole nether has become a chore to work through. It's kind of hard to believe that this issue has still not been addressed.
