@unknown , thanks for update! 🙂
With the help from several MS support agents, I was able to reinstall the game - for that they "refunded" my previous order and reinstated the game on my account manually. And then I start getting ox803f8001 instead of 0x82d40003, like everyone else here. They assured me that they will work this through and come back to me - they have all the information they need to resolve. It was yesterday, waiting ever since.
And if you are saying the error is gone, I'm going to check right away - who knows, maybe it will start now without an error 🙂
Update: checked, the error is still there, no luck for me yet 😞
Now I'm having ox803f8001 error code, like everyone else...
Even better now 😞
Following the MS support I've removed my account from the console, restored the console to factory settings, and removed the game because it was somehow corrupted in their view.
Now I can't download it again, because it is not available in MS store as stand-alone product...Â
Same for me, started on October, 14, a few days after last game update
It returns 0x82d40003, different code, but same issue
So far nothing consistent from MS or XBox support
I guess I get it.Â
Opened a new one, in a proper project, [MCPE-163190] Game doesn't start, Error 0x82d40003 - Jira (mojang.com)
@Dhranios
Please can you be specific?
Do I need to change something in this ticket, or should I open a new one specifying Bedrock Edition?
I wasn't sure if Bedrock is the proper version for multi-platform which I play on XBox One.
Update: I've found the old XBox One disc and installed the game from it hoping it would help somehow - no luck.
XBox version became almost unplayable, especially when playing split-screeen. Wonder why it marked as resolved...
