I got this fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the game, although it was still broken after the first 2 reinstalls.

This world wasn't converted from the Xbox One edition to the Bedrock edition. This was a world created in the Bedrock edition during the beta. It didn't break until the release.

We did some further investigating in the area and apperently the chunks where the llamas spawned in the caves were corrupted and those chunks started to break the server by crashing it nearly hourly. We would have done more investigating but we just decided to reset the server and get a new world since the server couldn't run at all with those chunks and fixing the corrupted chunks would be dangerous to the world.

/seed is considered an op command on all servers and worlds.

The world is a default world, I don't have the seed because I'm not the server owner, and I can remember the coordinates right now but I'll try to find the place's coordinates.
