Same Issue im having, Movement, combat and building are all a bit difficult now due to the delay. 

Yes the input delay Started after the 1.16.200 update, movement is difficult with the delay as well as building and combat. I am on windows 10 

YEs there is also a delay with movement, EX: after pressing the jump key there is a 1 second delay before response, I am on windows 10
