I play on switch and xbox, bedrock update (foxes) crashes a lot. On switch crashes after 10 mins!

Lucky for my sister and I, we spawned near some mountains and were able to find coal nearly the second we looked around. But this could have been for the worse as we continued with the world until we decided we REALLY needed iron. we both started our own mines in search of iron but that was a bust. R.I.P. that one random world. 😛
Yeah, this happened to me this morning when I created a new survival world. I guess they no choice but to be my pets now... evil laughing
Unfortunately I deleted that world.
First, figure out which Switch is the owner of the realm. Then log on to the realm or look for a way to update it from the "owner" Switch. If there is no way to do so, then it is a bug or connection issue with the realm. This happened to me too after the 1.17 update, but it only lasted about a week. Hope this helps! (I also have a Switch).
If you don't like the temporary flooded caves you can always turn off Caves and Cliffs when making the world.😃
The "Equip" button is not loading at all. It just infinitely loads no matter what. This "infinite loading" issue is very annoying and it seems to only affect the Nintendo Switch. It has kept me from being able to see any marketplace or server banners or images. This problem is an easy fix considering that the "Summer Sale" banner did load even though nothing else would. This has kept me from buying much for the past year and a half !

My sister and I created a survival world with caves and cliffs enabled and we noticed this only after we were pretty far into the world. R.I.P. that random survival world.😞 There also seems to be very few veins of iron for some reason.❓
It seems to happen a lot on console. 😛
