Does this issue still occur to anybody?
Yea, it occured to me and still occurs. I lost my account due to this... and can't even redeem the "Post migration thing" because of it too... I feel robbed.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/ in any browser.
2. Fill all the necessary questions / information
3. Send the ticket.
Observed Results:
An error now pops up saying the following
"
Oops! Looks like something went wrong. Please go back and try again."
Before it would just say sent correctly and nothing would arrive to my email
Expected Results: Default message letting you know that there are people working on your case arrives to your email / receive a response from support at some point.
This bug caused lots of people to not be able to contact support, it's tied to the support page, which ruined lots of accounts, mojang is gonna ignore us and not be responsible for it
I have this issue too, but no one can help us apparently...
Yes, I tried different computers, mobile phones, internet providers, different browsers. everything that I could possibly think of. I'm pretty sure it happened to a lot of people too like OP, but since the page said "Ticket sent" before. I guess most people didn't realize it wasn't actually arriving to support. I recall making a ticket in ~2017 and those worked fine so I don't undestand why it's been broken since 2021... It's super frustrating and unfair.
