Problem was in my framerate, it was max or unlimited. One great man said me:
"For me was that if i set my framerate more than 60-70, chunk wont load, but under that chunk load perfekt! well for me =P"
And it`s working great now.
Look at the video, chunks distance don`t metter, after going outside they just not loading.
But problem still exists if framerate more then ~60-70
