This bug also has been reported on the Xbox platform but has been migrated to here. I still cannot open two worlds which are less than 200 mg.
Xbox One was bought with minecraft console edition. Upgraded to bedrock and now have expanded one world on bedrock, the other world was created in bedrock
here is the report that exactly reproduces my problem https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-50586
When I first had the problem I could fix it by resetting the xbox to factory settings with games. Happened again a week later and now two worlds won't sync or load. Tried the following to save them.
Resetting the Xbox
Calling microsoft and reporting it, repeatedly
Asking for assistance from online MS help
Deleting worlds
Deleting xbox profile and reloading
Deleting and reinstalling minecraft
Adding external memory drive
Deleting other games
Buying Xbox Gold live
Buying a realm
Connecting Xbox with a hard wire to the internet
half the xbox internal memory is open to me as well as all of the memory on the external harddrive. Nothing has worked. I just want to save my two worlds. I will convert them to anything I need to, downgrade them to Console whatever. Please fix this.
Is anyone looking into this at all? I cannot play any of my games and the only workaround seems to delete all my worlds and reset the xbox to factory settings. I will lose a world I've been working on for over a year.
I cannot seem to start minecraft on xbox one. I have just a little over half the console space taken up so there's plenty of room, deleted a couple games and one of the duplicate profiles that showed up in the game's data storage (weird) nothing seems to be fixing this.
This issue has returned. I know it is a generalized issue affecting all platforms but here is a video walkthrough of the issue as well as the history of the bug since earlier this year and it's ultimate resolution
