I added current screen shots of the issue today. Still no joy, also using iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (4th generation), iPadOS 14.3.
Also wanted to add information on my 2 - two player Realm subscriptions (established before this ten player issue) are performing, uploading and downloading satisfactory on all iOS devices and Nintendo Switch.
Perhaps PC Mag would be interested in the story...if there was a very significant number of complaints. Not sure Jira is the best or only forum for that. Maybe populating all of the top Minecraft / Mojang blog sites with relevant, constructive, and persistent posts. There is also a class action to be considered if real harm can be proven. Could become a part time job for someone that is determined and has the time. Reality check, attracting a significant number of like minded subscribers that are just as determined and ready, willing and able to act could be a significant challenge.
Why should they care about an insignificant amount of complainers when they have over “...131 million monthly active users” per PC Mag October 2020? You do the math. They will do what they want to do whenever they want to do it. Maybe if we’re constructive with each feedback, maybe we’ll see some progress before our next subscription renewal...or not.
Just purchased 10 player Realms Plus. Payment transaction complete. Same issue on all of my iOS devices as well as Switch. All devices have latest operating versions and all devices have the latest Minecraft version. Rebooted all devices. Also signed in and out of Apple account. No joy!
I successfully restored a Switch realm world by replacing with a duplicate copy that I had previously downloaded locally for offline play on the Switch. I followed the August 11th recommendation by CornerHard. I deleted the Minecraft program software completely from my Switch and download a fresh program which enabled a realm world replacement. I did get an error message even though the process was successful.
I’m experiencing the same as Adam Forsell. It happens in a realm world on PS5 and iOS. Not sure where the chunk border is. I have two bedrooms side by side on multiple floors. Three double beds, two singles same color placed next to each other, in the same orientation in both bedrooms. There is a space on either side of each double bed. One bedroom, identical on each floor is never affected by this issue. The beds in other bedroom, also identical on each floor seem to become invisible each time I log in to the realm.
