after clicking Play on the main GUI today after updating to 1.2..70 the GUI shows 0 Worlds. I use minecraft launcher normally however due to this problem i tried starting using the Minecraft game icon with the same results.

Yesterday 13th March about 10:00 am switched on laptop, started Minecraft Launcher ; Noticed Update being applied ; left running ; Later checked Laptop and update finished ; pressed escape as no time to play ; exited Minecraft confirmed and shutdown laptop. Later that evening Laptop switched on boot finished ok ; Pressed Minecraft Launcher ; Minecraft started show UI ; Worlds = 0 . Some time exploring and found Minecraft files ; All files show last updated 10:01 am ish and all show zero byte size. Unable to find any crash logs. These worlds consisted a few Mojang worlds from market place however the rest were my main world saved at different stages over the years and took hundreds if not thousands of hours to conquer and create . Accomplishments appear to be there. Most annoyed as I do not foresee the worlds being recoverable.
Update was Bedrock to 1.20.71 on Win11 which had latest update installed late last night.
