For me it was false, cos I hate creepers blowing things up, but villagers were never affected by this command before.

I just opened a new world too, and the farmers seem to be work properly. Maybe it has something to do with the seed or something idk. This is the seed that doesn't work -1518513656364972663.

Item frames are Invisible.

I don't see how this post is related to MC-137463 because I haven't broken the spawner. It just has extra particles more than it should have constantly.
