Depending on the issue, there may not even BE a crash report! Are there any other errors that pop up?

@Avoma Many others have had this issue, have you encountered this and had it fixed? This is not a Launcher, BE, or Dungeons bug. This also only affects one version.
what are you showcasing in the second image? If it's a separate bug in that version, please open a new bug report.
Note: If this gets fixed, there will be a MASSIVE performance hit upon generating nether chunks. There may also be lasting issues because of firetick.

Can you check in a Superflat world setting the block at 0 10 0 instead? Make sure you do /tp 0 10 0 before you place the command block.
This should be marked as a "Feature Request".

Are you playing on you're computer? If you are, you should be able to press "Print Screen" to screenshot. To save the image, press Win+R, and type mspaint . Then press "Paste" in the top left of the screen. Then press Ctrl+S. A file explorer window will pop up. Just type a name that you want to name the image and press Enter.
