Realm (Bug?) Play entitlement still gone. Xbox one and PC windows 10. Bedrock Edition

By My Realm Player permission is still missing. Also since Aquatica Update.
I am in Survival mode with 10 more members and chasing is out and you can not hire a visitor or give or take certain rights.
When will this be remedied see picture sent with.

They say problem with my account but the problem is with a lot of players who have a realm.
Today I have extended the realm extra to 310 days, we have a big project in Minecraft, and I, as a realm boss, want to get that attitude back so that I can better adjust the realm among the members.

Since the latest update of Minecraft Bedrock Edition (1.21.22) on August 26, 2024, I have been experiencing significant issues downloading my world from my Realm. Despite multiple attempts to restart the game, log out and back into my Microsoft account, and download the world, I continue to receive the error message “an error has occurred.”
Until August 27, 2024, I was able to download my world without any issues. This problem also affects my brother, who has a Realm as well. It seems that the issue is server-side and has been present since the last two updates.
I regularly back up my world to an external storage device, usually once or twice a day. On August 27, 2024, at 12:28 PM, I was still able to download the world without any problems, which leads me to believe that the issue lies with the server.
I have also opened a ticket because my Realm was inaccessible last week or the week before. What happens to the lost days when we couldn’t access the Realm? Are these days simply lost, or is there a possibility to get these days credited back? I am only asking for these few days because I have been working on my Realm since 2017 and always enjoy playing in my world.
I hope that the issue will be resolved soon and kindly request that my Realm is not deleted or lost, as it means a lot to me.
