This same thing happened to my main World! Still an issue 10/05/17 happy bday to me.
Same problem. Sticks on Loading Screen. I waited 15 minutes and it finally went to loading bar, another 10 minutes then load. Next event, stuck on red loading screen, nothing after 30 minutes, left game. Deleted game, went from disc version to digital, loaded up great, then about 2 weeks later, stuck on red screen.
Pretty frustrating when you buy a car and it won't start. This needs to be #1 priority bug.
Search the web. For every one complaint here, there are 1/2 dozen on youtube etc. The sad part is, everyone is running around proclaiming the fix is a re-install. It isn't.
Again, if the game doesn't even start, it needs to be the most important bug for the PS4 team.
