This issue is still present in 26.40

I have been having the same issue. I cannot get my realm to download after over six months of trying. The progress bar reaches just over a gigabyte as shown below, then it stops advancing and eventually fails downloading. I have tried downloading on different devices, on different internet networks, and I have tried disabling resource packs as well. It will always fail and not let me download the realm even after many dozens of attempts
