This probably is the same issue with #MCPE-98861, since the RenderDragon update for PC it is basicaly unplayable. This also affects mobile when using a gamepad.

This is not fixed, currently affecting from my knowledge both Android versions using gamepad input and PC version. Playing both most recent versions, and I've tested the preview ones too. I don't know why the bot marked this as fixed, but it isnt.

 Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.0GHz
 RAM: 8192MB
 Integrated Graphics: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620
 Dedicated Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 930MX

This problem occurs since the RenderDragon update till the most recent bedrock version. Completely broke the game for me and my friends. Its worse with higher render distance settings applied or lots of mobs in the same place. Changing vsync settings DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM AT ALL NEITHER EVER HAVE. Changing the app graphics card preference to the integrated graphics seems to solve part of the problem (but its not a definitive solution at all, PLEASE FIX THIS, TWO YEARS ITS NOT ACCEPTABLE).

Well, turning off "keyboard manager" in PowerToys definitively DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM for me, the problem is still here even after an entire year and problably doesnt have nothing related to PT. I want to add that even using Windows 11 the problem still persists and none of the updates since the problem appeared last year solved anything for me. RenderDragon on PC is broken.

Disabling Vsync for me definitely does NOT solve the problem at all! I'm having this since decemeber when the 1.16.200 update launched, how can this issue that make the game COMPLETLY UNPLAYABLE stills persists even FOUR MONTHS LATER? I've tried every "solution" on the comments but NONE OF THEM WORKS. And even with the new beta the problem continues and becames even WORSE if i activate the anti-aliasing. Before the 1.16.200 the game was completly smooth, how could this happen??? What are you doing mojang???? please, i just want to play the game, let at least we have some way to go back to 1.16.1XX or revert this RenderDragon engine update (maybe optional) until you find a solution. PLEASE

Same issue here since the 1.16.200 update. The game is completly unplayable now. Using an i7-8550U CPU and a Geforce 930MX GPU. The game always played smoothly for me before this broken update, sad 😞
