Running into this issue on Bedrock as well, in a Realm. Portals are sending people to chunks thousands of blocks away, and either spawning them without a new portal or creating a partially constructed portal in the middle of nowhere. We've tried destroying portals and relinking them, and this only works for a brief time, and then the portals become broken again on their own.
Throwing my hat into the ring here - our 10 person realm has had consistent and constant server disconnects, and also rollbacks ranging from 5 to ~20 minutes. It's been especially bad this morning.
