This is not a bug, however, if you think that the wither is too OP (it has twice as much health as the wither does on Java), you can try to get Mojang to notice a request on Minecraft Feedback.
Interestingly enough, you can also push the villagers into solid blocks, and they also “fly” around while sleeping, sometimes they just become invisible and the only way to know if they’re still alive is by waking them up.
The Founder's Cape is gone, and even though my character was wearing it, it got unequipped. Pancape is still fine for me. Happened after updating to 1.16.100.
This was the case for me too on 1.16.20, though the cured villager still “talked” to the other villagers and they offered discounts, but I don’t have this problem anymore

No, I've beaten 2 ender dragons before the bug, the bugged ender dragon also spawned an end portal after killing it.
The ender dragons also could not have gone through an end portal on the main island.
I also can't replicate it anymore for some reason.
