This is not a issue, because I tested on version 1.20.31, 1.20.32 and preview version 1.20.50.21. This sound error is not present in recent versions that I have tested.

True, this problem really is a problem! Sometimes I enter a world, mobs that were close to me almost "kill" me (or "kill me") before I can even do something!

When the player is on the loading screen, everything that would be being processed, modified by the game's time, is paused, frozen, even the player. When loading ends for less than a second, the game stops processing everything again, and the loading screen disappears.
