I'm not sure if hostile mobs despawn if there are no players within 128 blocks. Mobs subject to despawning. Note: In most cases, a hostile mob will despawn if there are no players within a distance of 128 blocks.

1 more thing, Why corrupted chunks are still in the game, my world got corrupted again, from unexpected crashes caused by my overheating PC. thankfully I got backups.
Ok, Update. my FPS is fixed and, chunks are still slow to load.

Last time I check, there is no more pillagers in where it took place nearby my cave (where the villager is in) I understand what is your point when you travel 100s of blocks away, the bar will disappear but my point is, I'm at the place where it took place? I don't understand what is happening, I searched more Pillagers but I cannot find anymore.
Note: I afk inside a mob spawner farm ( report: MC-152536) and I'm the only player in my world.
how couldn't they despawn even if I travel 2048 blocks away that equivalent to 128 chunks?
It maybe be caused by the lag but I"m not sure if its that the one that causing it.
Despawning (in afk mob farms) in other worlds I created is working.
I suggest they should create a spawn cap of 64 mobs inside a mob farm.
dayum I should have put Redstone lamp and tnt that could kill and stop hundreds of spiders inside the farm.
I'm not sure about that, when I tested it in another world it did work, they did despawn but in my world(It's on the pictures) they just won't despawn.
and I even read the Minecraft Wiki.
hey! this is not a network issue. when i tried to install a newt Operating System. I cant download any version of the game. .. and The launcher Suddenly Crashed.
It's not even fixing the problem...
