I get a warning that my drivers are out of date despite them being the most recent available for my device.  However, the menu is back and I am able to play again and the camera response almost seems smoother.  I have yet to see any glitchy behaviour aside from the occasional block that seems to take a second for it's textures to render.

Seems fixed to me.

I assume this is still happening in 19w07a? I haven't tested it yet.

This is an absolute show stopper for me, it's basically unplayable due to this issue, which as others have said, prevents or at least complicates the actual play testing of new content. I accept that snapshots aren't stable releases, but getting this fixed first should be a priority

Edit: This problem seems to be made worse by riding horses and/or generating new chunks.

This happened to our Realms Server.
1) Realms
3) Yes and No

Review of what has happened so far: Player 1- used Xbox all day (has used other version before,  but not recently) with no problem after the most recent aquatics 2 update. Player 1 then logged into the Realm host account on Xbox (which was last logged into IOS), the host account spawned in what appears to be the location (confirmed?) of another player with their items. Later on Player 2 logs in on host account back onto IOS, host account still on the wrong location, network lag kicks from the game - relog host in IOS and at spawn with no inventory/end-items. Player 2 logs in on another account that has most recently been on IOS (but has previously been Windows 10/Xbox) - all items are present. Player 2 lags out if this third account , relogs and account is at spawn with no inventory/end items.

The fix: Realm is then restored from a pre-patch state (using the new auto cloud realm backups, backed up to 2 days ago). Player 2 logs in as host and removes all items to safety on IOS. Player 2 then logs in on third account and safely removed all items. Player 2 then immediately relogs (did not close the minecraft app) back into host account and strangely enough the host account is now at the same location as the third account was with all of the third accounts inventory and end chest available (confirmed logged as host but seeing third accounts items).

Note: the server could not be restored from IOS (~600 meg... waited over 15 minutes at the screen with the message to wait a moment to update Realm multiple times) and we loaded the backup on Windows 10 and resaved it into the newest version before uploading ... also note that opening the backed up world when downloaded to both windows 10 and IOS on the host account has no immediate problems and host items were available (on both platforms ). This server is about 18 months old and is the 10 user realm version. The Realm was started on a single player IOS version, has never been overriden on the Realm server since it was first updated, and it is 100% survival with achievements still being received.  The host and Xbox account both played on the aquatic patch 1 for a while and the third account has not logged into minecraft since before aquatics patch 1.

PS very thankful that the new auto-backup cloud feature has been added (didn’t even enable or know it was doing this)

Edited for accuracy and additional details.
