On the picture, it shows the "Manage Subscriptions" button what does it show as an option? Have you logged on to your Microsoft account to see if you can extend your subscription there?

Also, if this issue does not get resolved today and the realm does expire you can still download your realm world within 18 months after expiry. I'm not sure if it will still save your realm posts but it is an option.

Looking at the screenshots provided it does appear that someone else had taken the name but may I recommend adding "Offical" into the title. 🙂

I'd recommend reading the usage guide for a better knowledge of this in-game item.  

If you are looking to remove the Enchantment you'll need to put in the same weapon either equal to or better than the item that is enchanted.

One recommendation I'd want to put out there is trying to download your world off of the realm server and load it as a regular single-player world (if it is still lagging some setting in your Minecraft menu might still be affecting your performance). See if you still have the same issue with your world if not then you could try resetting your realm server with a brand new never played on world to see if your world is the issue.

It might just be that since the 1.16 update there is always new issues rising in new bugs that Mojang will find and fix.

Hello, when you go into your Realms options there should be an option to look at the backups of your worlds hopefully your most recent world save or at least a world save should be under that option.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "can not create a new realm" are you extending your realms subscription or trying to buy a new realm altogether?

Have you tried restarting your network connection? Obvious questions of course but sometimes it might also be the network your running on if multiple devices are running and other persons in your household could be watching videos or playing other online games that can hurt your game performance. 

Another solution could be turning down some of your settings in your pause menu. I'm currently running Minecraft Java on a computer I got back in 2015 and I have to turn down a lot of settings and also the render distance so my game is playable.

Have you tried backing up your save and putting it under the option for the new world 2 or 3 in your realms server? 

I've come across the same issue some times on my other worlds but it usually goes away after trading and waiting for a few in-game days while staying around the village.

Today I had Bought a Minecraft realm and ran into the same issue. But after retrying to upload and restarting my computer and trying again I managed to finally upload my singleplayer world under the "world save 2" tab. I hope this helps!
