This is normal. Not a bug. And it's called redstone torch burn out.

This bug also in 1.16.100
How to reproduce it,,, summon a wandering trader,, buy ink sac from him,, you will not be able to use it for crafting,, and you can't stack it with other inc sacs.

So basically he scams you 🙂!!

.. The invisible mob can be also interacted with by other mobs. In the attached video the dog was attacking the invisible skeleton, and ignored the freezed one.

I believe that this bug MCPE-108118 is related to this issue. But its not duplicate. The difference about it is that sometimes the mobs escape through block and freeze ,and you can interact with the them, but the hostile mob can not attack the player.
