[media]I am attaching my world file. I deleted one of the datapacks from the original file because it wasn't working, but the problem still remains.
Just curious, was there any changes to how datapacks could interact between 1.15 and 20w07a? The packs I was using worked in both 1.15 and 20w06a, so it is just getting more and more confusing...
I created a new world and it isn't happening... I'm going to try deleting datapacks one at a time. I just am doubtful about it because the datapacks all worked in the prior snapshot. Testing now.
By the way, the outlined barrel is a datapack I am using.
I forgot to mention this beforehand, but going over the latest.log file I realized the chunk was still glitched even after using "f3 + a" to reload chunks.

I attached two copies of my world. The first when I initially found the glitch and the second is when I had to get off. I found that it happens in multiple different chunks, but I didn't have enough time to record the last few chunks. I also found that it happens when you use the /fill command to fill an area spanning over multiple chunks.
I filled it to the color I needed the area to be and it did it again in that same chunk. Attaching the Yellow screenshot now.
Just looked at a map of the thing, and it says it is filled in normal, and when I right click it appears.
I just walked over it, and it seems to be ghost blocks. It is making me hover/glitch like ghost blocks.
I can confirm that this has happened to me and my brother many times in this snapshot. (20w17a) He figured out a way to make it into a door for his base, because he was able to do it so consistently, and he is 7.
