[MC-177970] Player can occasionally be forced into crawling in one block tall spaces

Occasionally while walking or running up to a 1 block tall space, you can be forced into crawling under it.

Definitely happens while walking into small trees with 1 block from ground leaves. Tried to replicate it and it happens mostly when running into the block at certain angles. For me this started in 20w15a and persists in 20w17a.

This feels like some sort of floating point precision error more than anything, though I don't know why such a thing would suddenly start happening when it hasn't previously. Perhaps the underlying movement handling code has changed and introduced an accidental rounding step too early in the process.

I can confirm that this has happened to me and my brother many times in this snapshot. (20w17a) He figured out a way to make it into a door for his base, because he was able to do it so consistently, and he is 7.
