It acts as a non updated block, meaning its not gonna move untill its updated (anything placed by it,)

I tweeted C418 when the sounds will arrive and he tweeted back:

I hope hes joking but the way I see it, the horses will probably have 4-5 "say", 3-4 "step", 2-3 "hurt" and then 2-3 donkey "say" sounds..
C418 also tweeted that he had been working on the galloping noises (which would be step)
and then he said he was thinking about using coconuts but he decided against it so he could get real sounds.
He has also been busy moving lately so I think sending files to mojang is 3rd on his to do list right now lol.
and also Idk about the zombie and skeleton horses because right now nothing has been implemented with them.
If c418 can't do it then I'd be glad to do It.. but I know that's far fetched
What I find is that every day I log on Everyday the first Time it is slower
I ran a test without any mods.
I get about a 200% faster load time, everytime I log in I delete these files.
I want to know why these are now showing up
The only way they could fix this issue is stopping the new output system. That's why I'm asking why this is even here
The issue 9779 is a cutter issue, mine is a report about how it's messing up loading time
but then it will never get fixed becasue they'll never see it
