I have an rtx 2080 super my gpu was only going up to 50% usage but my game was lagging so I even disabled vsync in the options.txt file and it did nothing I do have an old cpu but it is still not using 100% of that either I am a creator on youtube and I want this fixed I have looked at other comments and for some reason vsync is always 1/2ing the framerate

I am having the problem myself I am not sure if it is fixed in the newest bug fix but I do not think so anyway I play on a minecraft world with up to 6 players online at a time this is an anoying bug

it seems to be fixed for me in 1.16.221 playing in steam vr via virtual desktop on an oculus quest 1 the controlers also seem to be working fine for me but I am not sure about anyone else

hmm interesting but still an nvidia card, has anyone noticed any issue before the rtx beta?.

I can't figure out how to get pre rtx drivers installed it is not letting me go before a certain version which is after rtx if anyone else can that would be helpful so I would say our best hope is going to an older driver cause it has something to do with rtx I am convinced of that unfortunately even if that works we will not be able to play minecraft rtx + vr ): because we will have an older driver until we get this fixed we will just have to mod Minecraft java to play in vr

so far I have noticed that it is mostly nvidia R.T.X. cards what are the chances of it there being 3/4 people so far having R.T.X. perple having R.T.X. we should try G.T.X. drivers I also noticed the exact beta that it stopped working was the R.T.X. beta I will keep you updated if the G.T.X. drivers work I am not saying this is likely the solution but anything is worth a try now after this I think the next step is reinstalling windows 10

let us try to find some similarity between all our issues like 

1 do we all use nvidia or amd G.P.U.s?

2 do we all have oculus headsets

3 do we all have amd or intell cpus?

we should be able to see similaritys with a large enough database

we will be able to diagnose if it is a driver or something else

I am using nvidia rtx 2080 super

with an amd ryzen 5 1400

and an oculus quest 1

I have had this issue also it is hard to reproduce but supper annoying when it happens I will try to send screenshots if it happens again I am not sure if it happens after 1.16.2(bedrock edition)

before the recent update It was just crashing similar to everyone else and after the recent update

it would say

welcome to the minecraft oculus launcher

A to confirm B to cancel (it says this every new time you press A so I will not be mentioning it)

after hitting A  it will say update windows to 1809 and obtain minecraft(windows is up to date and I have minecraft) , or the trial, from the windows 10 store

(2) set the setting-> general ->unknown sources swich to [on] in the oculus app(done)

 [confirm] to play VR minecraft, or cancel to exit

 wile you are seeing this all in vr this is what window is up on the desktop  

after hitting a your screen in vr will become wavy and have the loading symbol in the corner

wile on the desktop this will apear

as far as I know there is no good solution when you click ok on the error it will instantly close all the windows
